Think Green Landscapes provides landscaping installation quotes based only from a scale-drawn plan or sketch. We insist upon having a scale plan to ensure a clear communication of your landscaping requirements to avoid any confusion.

If you have a plan already drawn up, please give us a call. If you need a plan drawn there are three common ways to go about creating the plan.

If you have your own great ideas, can put them on paper and just need someone to build it for you.

.Plans drawn In-house

The construction budget range that you discuss during the first design meeting will be used as a basis for the preparation of your plan. You will also receive a detailed quotation with your final plan if required - It's part of the package!

What materials and elements to expect within different construction budgets can be discussed during the initial design consultation. Whilst this is only a rough estimate on a per m2 basis, it will give you a good idea whether your budget is right for the garden and special features that you desire.

It is important for us to ensure the design being created for you is a good fit for your budget.

Other Garden Designers

We love installing landscapes drawn up by other designers! There are even a few designers that we have established relationships with after working together in the past. We provide a complimentary Site Visit & Plan Inspection for referrals from these designers.

For most other designs our process commences with a Site Visit & Plan Inspection $75. This includes visiting you for up to 1 hour at the site of your new garden and going through the scale plan and the recommendations of the designer with you. A rough estimate of installation cost can be given and If changes need to be made to suit your budget or the site, these can be discussed at this meeting.

If further measuring or a survey of levels is required, or if ongoing advice about construction materials, design details or plant selections is required these would be charged at our regular design & consultation rates.

Once we have notice from you of your materials selections and the scope of the work for us to quote  we can then proceed to producing a detailed quote.

Your own Design

If you know what you want in your garden and prefer to draw your own plan please go ahead! Even if you'd just like to plan your own layout and then get some professional help choosing the best plants for your garden, or some recommendations for ground or wall finishes we can arrange a consultation to help you out with that too.

The process we follow in this case commences with a Site Visit & Plan Inspection $75. This includes visiting you for up to 1 hour at the site of your new garden and going through your plan and materials selections with you. A rough estimate of installation cost can be given and If changes need to be made to suit your budget or the site these can be discussed at this meeting.

If additional or ongoing advice about construction materials, design details or plant selections is required these would be charged at our regular Design & Consultation rate of $75/hour.

Once we have notice from you of your materials selections and the scope of the work for us to quote  we can then proceed to producing a detailed quote.
